The Director of Sales Operations will support the alignment, strategy, planning, development, and implementation of the sales operation department. You will serve as the go-to resource for the operational function for the Commercial organization. You will partner closely with senior commercial leadership and play a key role in building the systems and processes to support a growing sales team for the largest privately held facility services company in North America. The Director of Sales Operations will provide leadership and advisory support in driving Sales Productivity, Sales Planning, Sales Forecasting, Segmentation, Sales Compensation, and Sales Analytics.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Partner closely with senior leadership to identify, develop and drive impactful projects that accelerate sales growth and improve sales processes and operations on a national scale.
- Drive and support weekly and monthly sales reporting, identifying significant changes and trends that will materially impact the company’s growth trajectory, including achievement against quarterly targets and forecasts for the Commercial teams.
- Own the forecasting process and weekly calls, optimize forecast accuracy by driving discipline with pipeline hygiene and forecast management.
- Analyze historical data to provide sales insights regarding performance, seasonality, high level trends
- Play an integral role enforcing Salesforce best practices within the commercial team, including maintaining data integrity, system adoption and data compliance and governance
- Identify systems and process learning opportunities for the commercial team, create documentation and training sessions to address these gaps
- Manage territory planning and strategic account ownership planning working with EVP of Sales and Strategic Accounts. Collaborate with Marketing to ensure proper lead management processes, metrics, and policies
- 5+ years experience in Sales Operations and/or related roles
- Deep experience working with Salesforce CRM and Excel, data analytics and annual planning tools. Tableau or other BI tool experience preferred
- Experience working in a billion-dollar organization and in high-growth, performance-focused environments
- Prior experience as business partner to sales leadership (VP/GM level)
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Excited, motivated, inspired by exceeding goals, and have ability to work with a wide range of personalities. High-energy with a sense of humor
- BA/BS Degree required
