About the Opportunity:

We are searching for an experienced Revenue Operations Lead who has a passion for technology and can assist the Commercial team in establishing and running clear process, planning, analytics and systems management to enable revenue growth. Seekr is looking to extend our market footprint and unlock bigger partnerships and deals. This Revenue Operations role will be a key component to driving our monetization plans pipeline and executing our commercial strategy to unlock the path for the organization's growth.

Revenue Operations role will lead a team as a center of excellence and will report into the EVP, Commercial Strategy & Operations. The team will cross working with larger scale enterprise customers and smaller self-serve segments. We need to construct a scalable model to enable us to sell faster, track & open up new verticals and reduce friction for our teams, our partners and our customers as we break into a very fast-paced market.

Responsibilities:

  • Account Planning & Pipeline Management - For each strategic pillar & product area the team is responsible for identifying, outlining and sourcing target customer lists for sales teams
  • Competitive analysis from a marketing, commercial, pricing perspective to elevate our product, marketing and sales work
  • Product & Pricing Strategy & Elasticity
  • Revenue Forecasting & Prediction with Finance team
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • General (+ Back end)
    • Site & Product Analytics
    • Commercialization Analytics
    • Customer Partnership Data Analysis
  • Sales GTM process and Systems + Tools: Own + manage relationships with our partners from CRM systems to additional tools/solutions that would be needed to better reduce friction for the teams and our customers.
Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals & drive strong customer relationships.
  • 10+ years of relevant sales experience- with a technology background preferable
  • Strength in problem solving, issue resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Self-driven and has the desire to exceed expectations
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple business and technical teams.
  • Enthusiastic about innovative technology solutions and capable of presenting them effectively to customers.
