The RevOps team at When I Work is a group of operations professionals who play a vital role in optimizing When I Work's revenue-generating operations by unifying Marketing, Sales, Success, and Finance processes, systems, and people to create a positive customer journey.

What You'll Do

As a Sr. RevOps Analyst, you will be a sales operations & CRM expert and provide and implement recommendations that streamline and automate processes to enhance our GTM strategy. You will live in the data, creating reports and analyses to provide actionable insight to various team members throughout When I Work.

  • Maintain and improve the tech stack integrations and processes and define business requirements for tech improvements when needed.
  • Implement and test new enhancement requests after assessing the impact of adding and/or modifying fields, custom objects, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, etc.
  • Partner with Sales Excellence on Sales and Success Org readiness activities post enhancement/process change implementations.
  • Responsible for understanding and improving business and operational needs, which includes analyzing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining processes that streamline and improve functions.
  • Partner with Sales Acquisition Leaders and Marketing on the lead funnel, including lead assignment rules, sales-qualified lead automation, and testing initiatives to enhance leads sent to sales.
  • Analyze funnel metrics from various sources to continually stress-test our go-to-market strategies
  • Build and manage dashboards and reporting on marketing/sales performance metrics, forecasting, benchmarks, trends, and ad hoc analyses.
  • Provide and implement recommendations that streamline and automate processes pre-lead assignment and post-conversion.
  • Document and flowchart business processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and prioritize conversion opportunities and work cross-functionally on the execution of optimization efforts.
  • Create and maintain internal technical documentation for the RevOps team
  • Troubleshoot CRM issues
  • Attend team meetings and 1:1 conversations to identify issues in current processes and suggest improvements
  • Model and implement various revenue program designs (segment, channel, measurement, etc…) that strategically align with business goals and enhance alignment across departments.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to design and execute pilots that test business hypothesis

You are a critical thinker with strong analytical skills that lead to understanding and interpreting data throughout projects. You are an excellent communicator and problem solver. You never stop asking why, constantly forming and testing hypotheses, and always validating all assumptions with data. You are insightful, resourceful, motivated, and find fulfillment by enabling others.

Experience and Skills Needed

  • 3+ years of experience with CRM administration (Preferably HubSpot or Salesforce), Sales Operations, or other tools that enable Sales and/or Marketing activities
  • Experience working with inbound and outbound lead funnels
  • Experience in managing multiple cross-organizational relationships
  • Strategic thinker, problem solver and analytical mindset required
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Familiarity with sales cycles and environments
  • High self-motivation, responsibility, and flexibility to achieve results
  • Bachelor degree required. Business or technical degree preferred.
