We are looking for a dynamic Revenue Operations Analyst to join our thriving and rapidly growing business unit. Reporting directly to the Revenue Operations Manager, you will be responsible for owning the CRM used across the SC Training GTM teams and maintaining an efficient process around it. You will partner with multiple functions across the business, primarily Sales and Success, to ensure that their regular business needs are met and exceeded.

We're on the lookout for a candidate who is naturally curious, thrives in clarity creation amidst ambiguity, and has a data-driven, process-oriented mindset.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Daily Systems Management:
  • Oversee the daily management of our CRM & other GTM systems, resolving and escalating issues as needed.
  • Manage the Order to Cash process, RevOps tickets & support any change requests.
  • Assist in the training of new team members.
  • Sales & Renewal Deal Support:
  • Own the pre & post-sales workflows, bridging the communication between our GTM teams & our Finance team.
  • Ensure that customer subscriptions & renewals are accurately represented across our systems.
  • Manage CRM pipeline hygiene and liaise with internal departments for deal support.
  • GTM Support & Reporting:
  • Work with the Sales & Success team on weekly sales forecast submissions.
  • Assist with End of Month/Quarter reporting.
  • Prepare quarterly goals and commission statements.
  • Data Analysis & Business Development Planning:
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • Assist with annual & quarterly GTM planning, including target setting and account coverage mapping.
  • Conduct revenue performance & GTM metrics reporting.
  • Process Improvements:
  • Initiate improvements for existing and new processes where required.
  • Collaborate with technical administrators to implement changes.
  • Prepare & maintain documentation for GTM processes and best practices.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Success, Support, Services & Marketing Leadership to identify challenges and propose technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with CRM Administrators, MarTech, Finance Operations, Business Systems and Data Analytics teams to ensure data flow consistency.

About You

  • 2+ years of relevant sales/revenue/business operations experience with good understanding of SaaS business models.
  • Proven ability to manage CRM tools, particularly HubSpot.
  • Adept in using Excel/Google Sheets or other data analytics tools.
  • Curiosity to learn and improve on the status quo.
  • Data-driven and process-oriented mindset.
  • Independence and ability to drive projects from start to finish.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced & unstructured environment.
  • Tangible examples of rolling out new processes.
  • Highly collaborative, team-oriented, and comfortable delivering cross-functional projects.
  • Desirable: Previous experience with common GTM technologies.
  • Preferable: HubSpot/Salesforce, CPQ/PandaDoc.
