The Role

As the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, you will oversee sales teams in Northern California and Oregon. Your responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans to increase room revenues through various channels and aligning efforts with our goals to drive overall success.

Your Impact

Strategic Planning: Create and execute plans that align with our business objectives and incorporate market trends.

Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand representation and adherence to high standards in all marketing endeavors.

Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate sales teams, establish ambitious targets, and nurture key client relationships.

Financial Management: Manage the P&L for sales and marketing, collaborating with finance to meet financial goals.

Marketing Campaigns: Launch innovative campaigns to engage diverse customer segments and enhance the brand's presence.

Revenue Optimization: Collaborate with Revenue Management to refine pricing strategies and identify revenue opportunities.

Collaboration: Work closely with General Managers and other departments to achieve sales and operational objectives cohesively.

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum 5 years of senior sales and marketing experience in the hospitality sector, with knowledge of boutique and major brand dynamics.

Proven leadership skills, goal-oriented, and adept at motivating teams.

Strategic thinker capable of translating concepts into actionable plans.

Familiarity with industry tools like TravelClick Agency360, Demand360, and Opera is advantageous.
