Your mission

  • You will take on project manager responsibility and lead exciting and demanding customer projects across our portfolio.
  • You are responsible for finding, defining, and implementing systems and process best practices.
  • You use data to provide insight and support planning, forecasting, and strategy.
  • With a high level of independence, you own the day-to-day relationship for multiple clients.
  • Assist clients to enforce CRM best practices within a global sales team and troubleshoot user issues.
  • You lead, guide and coach your project team of talented Cremanski Consultants.

Your profile

  • At least 4+ years of Revenue Operations Experience.
  • You have first leadership experiences where you have developed best practices across your career.
  • You can own Revenue Operations Projects from ideation through execution to completion.
  • You have a strong desire to solve problems and constantly think of ways to create change.
  • You have Salesforce Admin experience, Advanced Hubspot Knowledge (or other CRM administration know-how) and first experiences with Jira (or similar tools).
  • You have very good written and spoken English and German skills and look forward to working in an international team. Business German is required!
  • Management Consulting Experience is a plus
