Currently, we are in search of a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior VP International Sales Head to spearhead our sales initiatives and fuel revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Implement and execute effective sales strategies and initiatives to maximize revenue growth.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability within the sales organization.
  • Own the profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for the international sales division.
  • Develop and oversee budgets, business plans, and financial forecasts to ensure revenue and profitability targets.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvements in sales processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and customers on a global scale.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and opportunities in the fast-evolving digital media measurement landscape.
  • Utilize expertise in data analytics and enterprise performance management to effectively position our solutions in the market.
  • Leverage knowledge of Microsoft Data Analytics stack to drive sales and deliver valuable insights to clients.
  • Use a proactive approach to expand business within the existing client portfolio through strategic initiatives.
  • Proactively establish a robust network of industry contacts, potential clients, and partners.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 15-20 years of progressive experience in sales, particularly in enterprise software solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in sales leadership roles, team management, and revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in enterprise sales, cloud management, data analytics, and IT services.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, enterprise performance management, and digital media measurement.
  • Experience in coordinating sales efforts across global cross-functional teams and regions.
  • Expertise in the Microsoft Data Analytics stack and its market applications.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze market trends.

This hybrid role requires on-site presence in either Dallas, TX, or Atlanta, GA. Competitive salary with commission structure in place for the successful candidate.
