Sales Operation Executive

YOUR MISSION

Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, you will be responsible for performing our full tech stack system administration, establishing and maintaining accurate sales databases and helping to create a positive and rewarding experience for the Commercial Team when using these platforms.

You will be responsible for creating string and meaningful cross-functional relationships within the organisation to ensure accurate data capture, reporting and effective workflows. You will also help drive the development, testing and roll-out of sales productivity tools to the Commercial Team. This opportunity will suit an individual who enjoys a highly analytical and data driven role, and who is also super approachable and very much a people person.

Responsibilities

  • Be the data champion and support the development, planning and delivery of new enhancements with the CRM (Salesforce) and full tech stack
  • Managing and maintaining CRM and full tech stack data integrity
  • Ensure a positive rewarding experience for the Commercial Team in using the platforms
  • Administer the day to day operations of our CRM Platform, including but not limited to creating user accounts and credentials, ad hoc reports and dashboards as well as managing workflows and marketing activity integrations
  • Be responsible for the tech stack training across the organisation
  • Field all CRM and other Sales platform support queries


Requirements

  • Salesforce System Administrator experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Data mining and management experience
  • Highly interactive and excellent communicator
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to create strong and meaningful cross-functional relationships
  • Able to self-organise and prioritise, with a good attention to detail
  • A willingness to roll your sleeves up and get stuff done
