Job Summary

The India GTM/Operations leader will be responsible for WWFCO Sales Operations planning and productivity functions. This role is a high value-add business partner to the sales organization, enabling revenue growth and increasing sales productivity by providing effective methodologies, efficient processes, value-added information and sales tools. The person needs to be able to adapt the WWFCO global sales processes across the diverse portfolio, different routes to market and various coverage models while operating in a fast-paced environment. This role will directly serve as the face of the function to all global Sales roles, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Executive leadership and will business partner with the VP – Sales for India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and Drive sales strategy, GTM approach and transformation initiatives in line with market opportunity.
  • Transition the business strategy from high level thinking to a detailed roadmap for tactical execution including monitoring, analysis and review.
  • Work closely with sales management to define customer segmentation, territory management and quota setting.
  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business.
  • Work closely with Sales Management to drive sales productivity, accuracy in sales forecasting and deliver techniques to improve the performance of the funnel.
  • Implement differentiated forecasting methodologies and tools into standard practice which include but not limited to Cloud based models, Geo segmentation models, Bottoms up models, and tops down based methodologies for all routes to market.
  • Maintain regular check-ins with Sales Managers, Sales Reps and others who contribute to opportunity development to determine how sales opportunities are tracking against plan and identify any problems for internal review and problem solving.
  • Maintain high levels of data quality, accuracy and process consistency to optimize business processes within the sales team related to Ascend and other systems.
  • Perform data analysis and uncover actionable, data-driven insights that drive informed decisions, improves the sales process and generates revenue growth.
  • Implement and enforce tools, processes, and automation that maintain integrity and streamline the quality of data within NetApp CRM and other systems.
  • Ensure integration and synthesis of insights and information across Sales, Finance, Business Intelligence and operational leadership teams.


Job Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or higher with a minimum of 12 years of experience in Sales Operations and Strategy.
