About The Role

The Sales Operations team's mission is to be the primary support function for Uber for Business's GTM teams globally. We support and enable frontline GTM teams to sell, service more efficiently and optimally by providing strategic direction and reducing friction in the GTM process.

This role, specializing in support for our Uber Health and Uber Transit teams, will be a key part of building GTM strategies for two of Uber's fastest growing teams to optimize travel for patients, caregivers, and transit users!

What You'll Do

  • Build a roadmap for sales operations support for the teams you support
  • Work cross functionally to build Sales strategies and operational processes
  • Create, own, scale, and automate operational sales processes
  • Conduct business performance reviews with senior leadership
  • Gather data on US and international accounts and set up data enrichment processes that scale with the business
  • Own sales planning, semi-annual quota planning, and other planning cadences
  • Influence and enforce rules of engagement across sales teams, handle disputes and overcome conflicts around territories and attainment crediting
  • Perform ad hoc analysis, build dashboards, and effectively communicate results

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of strategy and operations experience with 3 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, preferably in a fast-growing B2B environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, etc.)
  • Experience with expanding a sales team within the US or internationally
  • Experience working in a complex matrix organization
  • Experience working directly with senior sales leadership
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com
  • Familiarity with SQL or Python to manage large sets of unstructured data and synthesize into business insights using Excel or Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the US Healthcare industry (international healthcare market knowledge a bonus)
  • Familiarity with US Transit industry (international transit market knowledge a bonus)
  • Familiarity with outbound sales processes
  • Excellent analytical skills and intuition for business. Passionate about framing business questions with data, translating business needs into strategies, and carrying out tactics and process improvements.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year - USD$137,000 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
