The Senior Sales Operations Manager is responsible for sales strategy and support for a specific region. This role will lead a team of Sales Operations Specialists, working collaboratively to provide direct-level support that maximizes revenue and operational efficiency. This role is crucial in providing data visibility that empowers our sales teams, enhancing their performance and contributing to the betterment of our sales motions.

What You’ll Do

  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of Sales Operations Specialists, fostering a high-performance culture and providing guidance to enhance their capabilities in supporting sales efforts.
    • Ensuring SOPs specialists are responding to sales requests within SLA.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, identifying bottlenecks and areas for enhancement to streamline operations and increase overall efficiency.
    • Creation, delivery & adoption of Salesforce Enhancements and corresponding business tools.
  • Sales Strategy Ownership: Owns the support and strategy for a specific region, developing and implementing comprehensive plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
    • Enforcement of role clarity, creating proactive campaigns, and evolution of sales motions.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and manage sales reporting so sales reps, managers and leadership can easily obtain valuable insights in a self-service environment.
    • Ownership of Salesforce dashboard and reporting.
  • Data Visibility: Develop and manage reporting systems that supply comprehensive data visibility, enabling data-driven decision-making for sales operations and leadership.
    • Co-Ownership with DataOps to deliver PBI suite of reports.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including marketing, finance, and product teams, to ensure alignment of sales operations with company-wide goals and initiatives.
    • Crucial partner and not limited to Marketing, CXI and Product teams as the voice of our internal customers (sales).
About You

  • BA/BS preferred or 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years in full cycle professional sales role.
  • Effective communication, written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with change.
  • Experience in using Salesforce or other CRM.
  • Strong data analysis using Microsoft Office, Salesforce, PowerBI, etc.
  • Ability to effectively present to all levels of a business including the C-Suite.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 25%).
  • Technology and AEC experience preferred.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Additionally, Bluebeam provides best in class benefits, with 100% employee covered health and welfare benefits and paid time off. Bluebeam is a growing company with many opportunities. Base salary range for this position is $105,800 – $132,100.
