Job Summary:

The Sales Operation Manager receives and process sale orders with additional responsibilities including checking the accuracy of orders and issuing invoices, maintaining sales records, and compiling monthly sales reports. The Sales Operations Manager will also handle customer disputes, assess consumer needs, and develop better customer support processes. The Sales Operations Manager will ensure that a company's customers have a positive experience. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Process orders on the platform
  • Provide "after-sale" service
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Verify the customer account status and validate the information with the accounting team 
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure orders and deliveries are handled effectively
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Develop monthly sales reports
  • Commissions compensation for the sales team and sales partners on a monthly basis
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Ensure sales targets are met, report incentives and any deviations
  • Handle sales inquiries and orders by phone or email


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience working in sales, customer support or customer relations
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using CRM Applications and Sales Tools such as Hubspot or similar
  • Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business, Chemical Engineer, or related field is preferred

  • Strong ability to work cooperatively on a team 
  • Ability to work independently with little oversight while completing tasks within deadlines
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic-thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal & written

  • $60,000 +benefits
