The Opportunity

Our client, a leading WealthTech organization, is seeking an experienced Manager of Revenue Operations to join their rapidly growing team. As a leader in the financial services industry, our client is committed to creating positive wealth solutions for their customers using advanced technology, industry expertise, and a focus on stakeholder well-being.


As the Manager of Revenue Operations, you will play a crucial role in driving success through the implementation of enhanced strategies, automated workflows, impactful dashboards and informed predictions. You will work closely with executive leadership to set and measure key performance indicators, and collaborate with budget owners to plan and forecast regularly. You will have the opportunity to elevate data quality, develop revenue models, and align with cross-functional teams to support the company's objectives. This is a dynamic role that will provide the right candidate with the opportunity to make an impact and drive change within the company.

What You Will Be Doing:

FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS

  • Conduct budgeting and forecasting to support strategic decision-making
  • Analyze profitability and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop detailed financial models and sales/margin forecasts
  • Provide insights and recommendations for operational improvements
  • Create comprehensive attribution models to guide hiring decisions and budget allocation


FINANCIAL REPORTING

  • Analyze revenue and margin to assess overall business performance
  • Monitor SAAS revenue metrics to inform decision-making
  • Produce regular financial reports and present to senior leadership


UPCOMING PROJECTS YOU WILL BE A PART OF

  • Lead the design and implementation of advanced analytics strategies
  • Automate processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion


What We Need From You:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in FP&A, financial reporting, and process/strategy design
  • Experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • CPA designation and strong proficiency in financial modelling
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with Netsuite is an asset
  • Prior experience operating in Canada, United States, or internationally is preferred
