Job Summary

The mission for the Sales Operations Manager is to develop and execute effective and efficient Sales, Sales Management and Sales Operations and Planning capabilities to enable the Sales Force and Sales Management to significantly grow profitable sales and increase market share for Bron Tapes

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and facilitate the Sales, Sales Management and Sales Operations and Planning Processes for the Company
  • Develop, maintain and facilitate the Sales Coverage Process for all Sales Account assignments and territories in the Company
  • Lead, develop and manage the Sales Goal Setting Process for all Account Assignments and Sales Territories in the Company
  • Develop and maintain Sales Systems to enable the Sales Force and Sales Management to most effectively and efficiently manage account acquisition and existing account growth
  • Develop and manage tools to improve the cost of sales and productivity within the sales force
  • Develop and administer Sales Compensation Plans for the Sales Force
  • Develop a complete Sales Dashboard of lead and lag measures associated with the sales and sales mgmt. processes and the use of key metrics and data for decision-making
  • Develop and facilitate the monthly Sales Operating Review Process
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
