Sales Operations Executive

As the Sales Operations Executive, you'll be the driving force behind our commercial software ecosystem, with a particular focus on Salesforce and Salesloft. You'll play a key role in managing, optimising, and training the Sales and AM teams on our suite of tools, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy, solution-oriented individual who is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance sales processes and outcomes.

What will you be doing? 🤓

  • Design, maintain, and optimise commercial software integrations (focus on Salesforce and Salesloft) for efficiency and scalability
  • Gather and act on user feedback to enhance tool functionality and user experience
  • Conduct regular training sessions on new processes, best practices, and software updates
  • Act as the primary liaison with software provider account managers
  • Implement and enforce data hygiene practices; manage weekly BAU requests and address Salesforce/Salesloft tickets
  • Support with weekly and monthly reporting governance to keep the business informed on commercial performance
  • Work with the FP&A team on budget management, while identifying improvement and cost-saving opportunities


What do we need from you? 😎

  • Experience in Salesforce administration, or willingness to become Salesforce admin certified
  • Experience with Google Sheets/MS Excel (index match, queries, pivot tables, etc.) or willingness to self-learn
  • Interest in commercial tools and processes, with a willingness to dive deep into details, become an expert, and train others
  • Curious and self-motivated, with a knack for solving complex problems
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Comfortable managing expectations across a wide range of stakeholders
