Boeing Global Services – (BGS) seeking a detail oriented Deal Desk Analyst with a problem solving mindset to facilitate ensuring accurate and complete orders and booking for products sold through our Digital Aviation Solutions (DAS) team. This role is in located in Denver, CO.

We are seeking an action oriented Deal Desk Analyst with strong attention to detail to become an integral part of our Digital Aviation Solutions (DAS) team. This role will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate deal bookings and to assist in scaling the Deal Desk function. The Deal Desk Analyst will collaborate closely with the cross functional team to identify and simplify process and identify opportunities to make it easier to buy and sell DAS Product.

Position Responsibilities:


  • Support the global Sales Organization in deal execution on a daily basis.
  • Evaluation and review of all contracts for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to policies
  • Review non-standard terms and language to ensure all Closed Won deals adhere to business and revenue recognition policies.
  • Verify order and contract details for accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure approvals for non-standard deals are properly documented, escalated to the appropriate approval levels, and resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Ensure timely and accurate recording of order information into Sales and Accounting systems, and communicate any issues or delays to relevant stakeholders
  • Providing recommendations to continuously improve Order Administration and Deal Desk processes and materials.
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in Sales, Legal, Finance, Accounting, and other key teams across the company
  • Assisting in other general Revenue Operations projects and initiatives
  • Utilize Salesforce and other tools to manage quotes, orders, and invoices
  • Execute and enforce renewal processes and policies
  • Generate, maintain, and analyze renewal order metrics reporting
  • Ensure Salesforce hygiene & accuracy including Accounts, Regions, Sales Directors and Customer Success
  • Maintain accurate listing of Sales Director & account assignments


This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):


  • 3+ years experience in deal desk, sales ops, sales support, or contracts role in a SaaS or an adjacent industry
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance and Legal
  • Strong problem solving skills along with demonstrated practical judgment
  • Exceptionally strong communication skills, including experience effectively communicating with senior management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • General understanding of Salesforce based quote-to-order processes
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):


  • Familiarity with SaaS order methodology and software delivery
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements related to order and data management (e.g. SOX, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA)
  • An eye for process and ability to identify areas where we can improve
  • Federal and State & Local Government contract management experience a plus
  • CPQ tool experience an advantage


Typical Education/ Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Average Pay Summary: $90,950 -$123,050
