THE ROLE

This role supports the sales team by managing sales reporting tools and software, overseeing monthly KPI input, and developing reports and dashboards to track sales performance. This position requires a blend of technical, analytical, and communication skills to enhance sales operations and drive company growth. This role is essential in fortifying poppi's reporting infrastructure and spearheading the adoption of future programs and software such as CCM, Call-Points, TPM, and Price 2.0.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Design reports and dashboards/collaborate with the poppi BI Team to monitor sales performance against KPIs.
  • Formulate strategies to optimize VIP iDig, Karma, CCM, call points, and related tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional operations leaders to ensure alignment on sales policies and processes.
  • Manage relationships with VIPs, push them to execute faster, and partner to innovate customized solutions.
  • Act as the go-to contact for internal requests regarding team member onboarding and offboarding support.
  • Assist the sales team with regular month-end and ad hoc reporting.
  • Lead weekly performance review meetings with Sales VPs to measure achievements against commitments.

SRS

  • Keep the item catalog updated.
  • Upkeep distributor hierarchy + Create employee hierarchy
  • Manage new hires, user removal, and permissions.
  • Track non-reporting distributors and report to VIP for data push.

CCM/Call-Points

  • Input Weekly ad/promo updates at the chain/store item level.
  • Assign Market/Regional/National roles.
  • Create meaningful Call Points at different levels.
  • Upload and assign Mandated Items by Chain and update per reset cycles.

Karma/iDig

  • Update workbooks and market questions.
  • Provide actionable reporting to end-users and Leadership.
  • Create & refresh monthly boards with new KPIs and provide performance updates.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Self-motivated with proven success in collaborating with others.
  • Extremely organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to manipulate large data sets and synthesize key information.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a hands-on, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • A strong work ethic, ability to plan and execute a highly productive schedule, desire to succeed, a passion for building a brand.
  • Experience with CRM software and syndicated data platforms, including but not limited to IRI, Nielsen, and SPINS.
  • Experience working for a beverage company, preferably a brand that utilizes a DSD network.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or another related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics, business development, or Accounting.
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
  • Required experience working inside VIP, iDig, Karma, and SRS.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Travel requirement across the United States.
  • Willingness to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business demands.
  • The ability to sit, stand, walk, and type for long periods of time.

COMPENSATION: Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $100,000- $115,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
