Director, Revenue Operations
The Director of Revenue Operations works with and across the National Sales executive leadership team to guide the planning, organization, and control of operational activities. This position will manage and create internal communications, implementing executive leadership directives and assisting with other corporate initiatives as needed. This role will be critical to aligning revenue operations & communications and is uniquely positioned to work alongside multiple areas of our National Sales and MMR (Multi-Media Rights) divisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior leadership in effectively developing and driving key objectives for National Sales – drive and maintain departmental and divisional alignment across organization.
- Provide operational connectivity across various LEARFIELD disciplines (strategy, marketing, sales, HR, etc.) supporting area experts and driving collaboration and project plans.
- Prepare relevant documents and briefing materials, tracking updates, presentations, and various other high-stake communications for senior leadership and other internal stakeholders.
- Serve as a key member of MMR's operations and strategy team and act as an advisor and thought partner on all aspects of the company's work.
- Complete various projects as assigned by senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in sales, operations, strategic planning, and/or related experience
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects across functional teams such as sales analytics, corporate communications, legal and executive leadership
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills are required to lead meetings, create, and deliver presentations, write complex documents, and manage external and internal relationships at varying levels of an organization
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to interact with a diverse team to common goals
- Passion for strengthening corporate culture, productivity and building community
- Advanced level of proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Good organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Also, must show initiative and attention to detail and work well in a team environment.
