Who We Want

We’re currently looking for a Manager of Revenue Operations to join our growing team and help oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of our sales processes and strategies. You will be responsible for managing a team that produces and communicates timely and accurate reporting, analysis, and insights to support Sales and Marketing. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, customer success, and product, to align sales goals and initiatives with the overall business objectives.

The position will partner with and report to the VP of GTM Transformation. This is a great opportunity to leverage your analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills to build the core operations infrastructure that will accelerate our sales and revenue performance.

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue operations, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate and communicate actionable insights from data
  • Proficient in CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI. Experience with SQL is a plus
  • Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to create and manipulate complex spreadsheets and formulas
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Customer-focused and collaborative, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What You’ll Do

  • Create analytical frameworks to improve sales efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to processes
  • Analyze and report on sales performance, trends, and opportunities, using various tools and platforms such as Salesforce, PowerBI, and Excel
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasting models, dashboards, and KPIs, ensuring data quality and accuracy
  • Support sales planning and budgeting, including quota setting, territory allocation, and compensation design
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, customer success, and product, to align sales operations with business goals and strategies
