Associate Director – Sales & Operations Planning

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, supply chain management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in sales and operations planning, demand forecasting, supply chain management, or related roles.
  • Proven track record in implementing and managing S&OP processes in complex organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across functions and levels.
  • Experience with S&OP software and tools is desirable.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization with an international scope is advantageous.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

About the role:

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee the 24-month rolling forecast process, collaborating closely with Commercial Operation Directors and GMs to finalize accurate volume forecasts at the SKU level.
  • Monitor sales trends, customer demand patterns, and market dynamics to anticipate changes and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Facilitate collaboration between sales, operations, finance, and other departments to integrate planning processes effectively.
  • Orchestrate S&OP cycles, lead pre-S&OP meetings, and prepare for Executive S&OP meetings to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Interface with Commercial/GMs, Supply Planners, and Product Launch Managers to identify and manage capacity shortfalls effectively.
