Title: Revenue Operations Coordinator

Department: Global Revenue and Supporter Success

Reports To: Senior Director, Program Operations & Implementation

Location: Remote; US, UK, or Canada based

Salary: $47,000 - $56,000 US, $45,000-$55,000 CAD, £32,000-45,000 GBP (Placement within this range is dependent upon experience and location)

Summary Of Responsibilities

The Revenue Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting fee-for-service opportunities on the Program Operations team. This individual will report to the Senior Director and should be highly organized, passionate about details, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities include contracting with external clients, managing incoming and outgoing invoices for the department, supporting implementation of fee-for-service programming, and ensuring that all related operational data is accurate and up to date. This is an outstanding opportunity for an individual interested in corporate Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Project Management, and Program Operations.

Essential Functions

  • Supporting various areas of Program Operations, including contracting, scheduling, implementation, invoicing, and project management.
    • Managing fee-for-service contracts, in collaboration with business teams and Legal
    • Managing requests for fee-for-service programs
    • Managing fee-for-service invoicing and procurement processes, including managing client procurement requests
    • Supporting grant/event requests as needed
    • Coordinating with Finance, Legal, and Global Revenue and Supporter Success teams as needed
  • Manage team vendor and consultant tracking, contracting support, and payments in collaboration with Accounts Payable
  • Support data integrity in Salesforce and other internal tracking systems
  • Provide support for workshop coordination and general administrative work as needed
  • Help drive process and technology improvements
  • Ensure data integrity for departmental records and ensure all documents are stored according to organizational practices. Manage internal Program Operations resources. Be a go-to internal resource on processes and related information.
  • Support for other revenue operations requests as needed and other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skills

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Superb organizational skills and extraordinarily strong attention to detail.
  • Strong systems thinking skills and the ability to manage workflows proactively and balance competing demands. Ability to see how individual workflow pieces fit into larger goals and work pragmatically to address challenges
  • Posture of inclusion and flexibility; willingness to start from "yes"; ability to adapt to frequent and often unexpected demands
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer orientation and commitment to respond to requests within a 24-hour timeframe
  • Proactive and works well independently to find innovative solutions.
  • Strong computer and technical skills; highly proficient with Microsoft environment.
  • Prior experience working with Salesforce and Asana (or similar platforms) desired but not required
  • Prior experience working with contracting, database management, and/or grant management desired but not required
  • Strong interest in and familiarity with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion preferred
