We are seeking a driven and analytical Deal Desk Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. Reporting to Sr. Director of Revenue Operations, the deal desk manager will play a pivotal role in our Go-to-Market and pricing strategy to drive company growth and operational efficiency. This individual will support deal execution from analytics to closing, optimizing sales cycles, and enhancing the scalability of our revenue operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, and possess a blend of interpersonal and analytical skills to craft compelling deal structures and influence cross-functional teams.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.

  • Lead and optimize end-to-end deal processes from initial structuring and pricing strategies to final approval and execution, working closely with Sales and other internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement pricing and packaging strategies, incorporating feedback to refine pricing models and ensure competitive positioning in the market.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Sales and Customer Success teams, providing insights and guidance on complex, strategic deals to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Establish strong internal relationships, enforcing standard methodologies and policies to enhance Go-to-Market efficiency.
  • Manage all aspects of operational reporting around deal bookings.
  • Drive continuous process improvements, leveraging automation and technology to enhance deal velocity and accuracy.
  • Develop and manage price books to optimize sales cycle and margins.
  • Develop and operate deal analytics framework and metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue recognition standards.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and fiscal regulations, liaising with Legal and Accounting departments to streamline contract negotiation and closure.
  • Work closely with the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations to scale the team and deal management & pricing processes.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations role within a technology or SaaS company.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ
  • Proven track record in managing complex deals and managing pricing operations in a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze deal economics and structure deals quantitatively.
  • Experienced in building and managing multiple price books, approval matrices, and discount curves.


Experience:

  • Experience with B2B sales organizations and the ability to understand and navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Experience with revenue recognition standards (IFRS 15 / ASC 606) and their application in deal structuring.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS subscription business and related KPIs.


Preferred Experience:

  • Knowledge of and experience with multiple business models and pricing strategies.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI
  • Experience building and managing a team.
  • Experience with global pricing operations.
  • Experience with complex enterprise contracts.
  • Experience working with Contract Lifecycle Management tools.


Economic Package Includes:

California Pay Range

$120,000—$150,000 USD
