Role Overview

As a Vice President of Environmental Trenching, you will play a crucial role in driving profitable revenue growth within this sector. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic sales initiatives, operational excellence, and enhancing service offerings on a national scale. Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Develop and implement a robust plan with the Sales Teams to strategically grow dewatering services.

Client Relationships: Build and sustain strong connections with key customers and partners to secure strategic opportunities.

Team Development: Lead recruitment, professional growth, and retention strategies to cultivate an environment of excellence.

Operational Excellence: Direct operational activities to ensure profitable project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Innovation: Engage in product development efforts to drive innovation and evolution of our offerings.

Efficiency: Implement policies and practices to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

Operations Focus

Project Execution: Supervise project execution to align with customer expectations and project specifications.

Safety: Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety across all operations.

Collaboration: Work closely with branch management to forecast operational needs and ensure seamless integration between sales and logistics.

Administrative Responsibilities

Interdepartmental Liaison: Act as the primary link between the Environmental Trenching team and support departments for cohesive operations.

Safety Champion: Uphold our commitment to safety alongside the Safety team to enhance practices continually.

Planning and Budgeting: Drive the development and implementation of Environmental Trenching plans, budgets, and forecasts to meet growth targets.

What We're Looking For

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years in sales/operations management within the construction industry.

Skills: Proficiency in technical aspects and leadership in strategic planning, business development, and team management.

Traits: Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Travel: Willingness to travel up to 75% as needed for the role.
