About The Role

Behind many of life’s most important transactions — buying a house, applying for a mortgage, getting a small business loan, or refinancing a credit card — is a network of credit relationships. Setpoint provides critical infrastructure for relationships between the world’s largest banks, credit funds and capital markets counterparties. We’re building trust in this system of credit.

We are looking for a Director Sales Operations to join our team!

This is an opportunity to have a big impact and partner with multiple functions across the organization. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and welcome the dynamic environment that comes with a fast growing company. This role reports directly to the SVP of Revenue.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement GTM strategy and tactics (e.g. market maps, sales operation plans, etc.)
  • Build process around client attachment and upsell strategies, thinking through roles within Setpoint
  • Scale our tech stack, systems, dashboards, and lead assignments (Hubspot, etc)
  • Drive the process and assessment of MQL and SQL, including scoring and assignment
  • Create and publish Sales collateral (decks, pricing, proposals) with crossfunctional stakeholders
  • Internal QB between departments for specific initiatives (sales, engineering, product, founders)

You Should Have

  • 7-10 years of experience in management consulting, banking, or building at a startup
  • Demonstrated track record of using data and insights to impact and improve business decisions
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity; can bring structure and focus to complex problems
  • Highly organized, superior attention to detail and superb project management skills
  • Team player with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across multiple teams and levels of management
  • Experience with CRM design and implementation

Compensation: $125,000 - $200,000 OTE, depending on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience, and other qualifications.
