Role Overview

As the VP of Sales, you will have a pivotal role in our organization, reporting directly to our visionary Founder/CEO. You will lead sales initiatives targeting mid-market and large enterprises, with an average deal size exceeding $200,000 ARR and sales cycles spanning more than four months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and surpass sales targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations such as CCOs, CIOs, CISOs, Chief Privacy Officers, VPs of IT, and VPs of Architecture.
  • Drive the growth and management of our sales portfolio, aiming for an annual recurring revenue (ARR) ranging from $10M to $50M+.
  • Contribute to enhancing our sales processes and strategies continually.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of experience in VP Sales or senior sales management roles, particularly in the SaaS sector targeting enterprise or Fortune 100 clients.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Data Security, Privacy SaaS/Software sales.
  • Proven track record of scaling and managing substantial ARR figures.
  • Previous exposure to startup environments is highly valued.

Interview Process
