Chief Revenue Officer VP Growth Marketing

The position is commutable to London with an option for full-time remote work. If you have previously been a CMO / VP Marketing of a company that grew through the £20M-£60MM+ revenue range, in B2C consumer goods/services with a strong digital marketplace and eCommerce presence, don't miss this exciting opportunity to make an impact in a young and dynamic company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy to double and double again, the size of the business over the next three to five years
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration
• Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives, leveraging D2C/B2C marketing strategies to optimize performance
• Implement scalable processes and technology solutions to support rapid growth and enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, finance, and operations teams to align revenue goals with overall business objectives
• Champion the company's core values and behaviours, serving as a culture fut and inspiring others to embody these principles in their work
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience growing a consumer goods company through the $25MM to $60MM+ in revenue range
• Strong expertise in digital marketplaces and eCommerce, with a focus on D2C/B2C customer acquisition and retention marketing
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams to achieve ambitious goals
• Strategic thinker with a growth mindset, capable of identifying and capitalising on market opportunities
• Results-oriented approach, with a track record of delivering value and exceeding expectations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to transparency and feedback
