Qwikkit offers the fastest, easiest, and most affordable solution to an ugly kitchen. Our complete cabinet refacing kits make it easy for our customers to have a new looking kitchen for 1/3 the cost of replacing their full cabinets. Since our founding 7 years ago, we have grown to $50 million in revenue in the apartment industry. The Exciting Things You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage a team of 17-30 territory sales representatives across the United States to drive Qwikkit's growth in the apartment, student housing, and hospitality sectors.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve year-over-year revenue growth and state-by-state penetration.
  • Define and optimize sales processes, KPIs, and training programs to drive sales funnel activities and ensure measurable results.
  • Hold team members accountable for following established processes, recognizing top performers, and addressing performance issues.
  • Collaborate with other sales and marketing teams to coordinate efforts, support strategic accounts, and implement lead generation programs.
  • Nurture relationships with existing territory-level accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and new business generation.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients, maximizing revenue potential.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and potential challenges in the multi-unit housing segment.
  • Collaborate with sales operations, marketing, and IT teams to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance metrics.
  • Contribute to the development of sales forecasts, commission plans, budgets, and performance metrics to support company objectives.


You Should Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
  • Proven track record in enterprise account sales, with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in process design, KPI management, and sales funnel optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Remote team leadership experience, with a proven ability to drive results in a distributed work environment.
