The company is the leading German online training provider specializing in Data Literacy, Data Science, and AI. For many years, they have been helping organizations of all sizes navigate digital transformation by equipping their employees with practical data skills. They offer interactive courses led by industry experts. The company has an office in Berlin Bergmannkiez and has less than 100 employees.

To further professionalize and integrate their Go-To-Market team (Sales & Marketing), they are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager.

What You’ll Do

  • You will be orchestrating sales and marketing activities to fine-tune Revenue Operations (RevOps) and fuel our growth engine.
  • Your mission: calibrate CRM workflows and processes to turbocharge the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales and marketing efforts.
  • You'll be optimizing the CRM system, including data maintenance, segmentation, and analysis of customer data.
  • You’ll analyze sales and customer data to provide valuable insights and reports for management and sales teams.
  • You'll be supporting the Sales Team in building our CRM and continuously digitizing and automating our processes.
  • You’ll assist the Customer Success Team in optimizing internal processes for onboarding new customers.

  • You have honed your Revenue Operations skills for years already.
  • You’re fluent in German (C1) and know more than a word or two in English.
  • You can speak tech and business.
