Team Mission

Revenue Operations exists to increase the velocity of the Commercial organization at AcuityMD and drive excellence across the team through strategy, operations, and analysis. We aim to build and improve processes that enable the Commercial and Revenue teams to scale as efficiently as possible, while providing an outstanding customer experience. We are a highly collaborative group that partners cross-functionally with teams across AcuityMD to drive impact.

This Role

As the Director of Revenue Operations, you'll be a critical driver of operations across our Commercial and Revenue organizations, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services. Reporting into our CRO, you'll not only be responsible for building out the Revenue Operations function at AcuityMD, you'll also serve as a player-coach to measure business performance, identify opportunity areas, then design, implement, and iterate on solutions. You'll own critical initiatives and processes, ranging from deal flow optimization to sales strategy & analysis. This will be a highly cross-functional role involving collaboration with senior leaders across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Establishing & Scaling Rev Ops: As our first Rev Ops hire, you will develop the roadmap for the function then hire, onboard, manage and lead a high-performing team to execute on that vision.
  • KPI & Performance Tracking: Measure team performance and conduct analysis to generate insights across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Professional Services; collaborate cross-functionally to improve business performance.
  • Deal Desk: Oversee all operational aspects of the deal lifecycle, including contract review and pricing approval for new, expansion, and renewal transactions. Drive standardization and automation of the Sales process.
  • Tech Stack Ownership: Own entire GTM tech stack, including Hubspot, Gong, Seismic, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, etc. Develop processes to monitor and improve accuracy of data across all platforms and ensure optimal use of each tool.
  • Operating Rhythm & Planning: Lead commercial operations and planning efforts, including Quarterly Business Reviews, weekly team meetings, pipeline reviews, and budgeting process.
  • Variable Compensation Management: Calculate commissions and bonuses for commercial teams; assist in the design and management of compensation plans, and explore and implement automated commissions software.
  • Training & Enablement: Create and maintain up-to-date documentation of commercial process, policies, and resources. Build self-serve training materials to support team member enablement and new hires. Measure the success of sales enablement processes.

What You'll Need

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in revenue operations, sales operations or GTM strategy
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Deep understanding of the strategy and operations of GTM teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Professional Services
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills to influence and build credibility with team members at all levels, including executives
  • Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, or other major CRMs
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Microsoft Excel
  • Clear and effective communication and thinking; experience presenting to senior leaders
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and execution skills
  • Data driven mindset with the ability to understand, analyze, and derive insights from data to drive decision making
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, navigate ambiguity, and a strong bias for action
  • Venture-backed, B2B SaaS startup experience
  • Willingness to travel domestically 4x per year for company-sponsored offsites
  • Bachelors degree

You must have an eligible work permit in the USA or Canada to be considered for this position
