The Role

Lexion is looking for a Sales Operations Manager who loves working with our GTM teams, enabling them to be successful at their roles. The ideal candidate has strong strategic and analytical thinking combined with leadership skills to drive change. This candidate will demonstrate quick learning and an impressive history of driving results. Most importantly, the candidate will drive, through strong relationships and excellent communication, alignment across stakeholders and keep projects on track.

What You'll Do

  • Define key performance metrics and targets, create reports and dashboards to derive insights into the health of the business, identify areas of weakness and present improvement recommendations to sales leadership.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of all aspects of the Go-To-Market plan under the annual sales strategy planning cycle, and manage the ongoing process. This includes account segmentation, resource allocation, territory assignment, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement in scalable sales/business processes and deliver results.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to analyze and streamline sales processes within Salesforce.
  • Identify areas for improvement, automation, and integration to enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely sales forecasting within Salesforce.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce to provide real-time insights into sales performance.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend actionable strategies for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on Salesforce best practices, ensuring maximum utilization of the CRM.
  • Implement and enforce data quality standards to maintain the accuracy and reliability of data within Salesforce.

What We Look For

  • 5+ years of professional experience in sales operations/strategy roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of the tech industry and the SaaS world and demonstrable knowledge and understanding of sales disciplines
  • Solid functional understanding of Salesforce CRM; strong experience with creating and maintaining reports and dashboards (Tableau experience a plus)
  • Ability to balance sharp focus on measurable outcomes with deep and genuine empathy for people, customers, and the business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
