We need a Director, Revenue Operations to help scale our go to market strategy and support our business as it travels to the next growth horizon. If you are passionate about enabling our Sales, Marketing, & Client Success teams to fuel growth. This position will work cross functionally with all areas of the business to sharpen business processes, create a scalable Go-to-Market tech stack, and create efficiencies.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Curate and implement vision for scalable Go-to-Market tech stack including CRM enhancements, and CPQ & contracting streamlining.
  • Design and implement a best-in-class Deal Desk process to help triage simple deal approvals and assist sales in expeditiously navigating more complex deal structures, enabling sales to close deals more quickly and efficiently.
  • Create and deliver trainings to Sales organization to ensure standardization in use of systems and processes.
  • Focus on aggregate Sales enablement through more efficient business processes and systems.
  • Partner cross functionally with leadership from other departments to provide insights and help drive initiatives.
  • Create and manage scalable order management processes to ensure accuracy of customer assets & invoicing schedules and maintain a high level of data efficacy.
  • Own revenue data management and integrity, working across teams to provide high quality data sets while also driving forward-looking data trending, modeling and forecasting to help revenue generating teams sharpen programs, engagement and outreach.
  • Identify and drive strategies to scale engagement across the customer journey through the marketing automation platform and integrated technologies.
  • Inspire your team and all revenue generating teams with revenue growth best practices modeled by best in breed SaaS, enterprise software, & professional services companies.

Position Qualifications (specific training or job experience required before appointment):

  • 7+ years experience in Sales or Revenue Operations and 3+ years experience in a related management role.
  • Expert grasp of software & professional services revenue models and customer lifecycle metrics (CAC, LTV, GRR, NRR, volume, time, conversion), and the internal operations required to support, monitor and analyze revenue performance.
  • Deep experience with the revenue technologies and tools required to enable, automate and scale revenue generating teams (marketing automation, sales enablement tools, sales engagement velocity software, customer success software, in-app engagement tools, CRM, business intelligence software, intent software, GTM orchestration tools, legal, A/P, etc.)
  • Experience with mergers and integrations, collapsing acquired company operations into a scalable platform of centralized operations.
  • Passion for leading, inspiring and coaching distributed teams against individual performance and team delivery goals. A champion for RevOps, educating and inspiring others to believe in the power of the revenue growth engine.
  • An authentic excitement and natural charisma that inspires and rallies others.
  • A natural bias towards curiosity and instinctive inquisitiveness.
  • Experience working in a high growth SaaS organization.
  • Proven experience in the areas of financial planning or revenue operations, either in a B2B or SaaS company.
  • Experience working within a high-growth technology company would be beneficial.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
