- Cultivate enduring relationships with key clients, prospects, and partners to drive business expansion and capitalize on revenue opportunities.
- Identify emerging business prospects and market trends, devising innovative sales strategies to leverage them effectively.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with business goals and customer requirements.
- Analyze sales metrics and performance data to assess effectiveness, identify areas for enhancement, and implement corrective measures.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Demonstrated success in sales leadership roles with a track record of achieving targets.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, advertising technology, data analytics, and related domains.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate sales teams.
- Strong analytical acumen and problem-solving capabilities underpinned by a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Experience in cultivating and sustaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adeptness at adapting to evolving market dynamics.
