As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing our sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of sales operations, including process design, standardization, and automation. You will be working closely with the Sales Team, ensuring Salesforce data consistency and quality, and contributing to the development and maintenance of insightful sales reports and dashboards.


  • Provide support for day-to-day operational tasks related to sales activities.
  • Provide guidance and support to the Sales team in adhering to established sales processes.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure process diligence throughout the sales funnel
  • Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to design and standardize sales processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation to streamline workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Generate and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards using Salesforce.
  • Flag issues related to data hygiene, inconsistencies, and process deviations
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to validate and refine sales forecasts.
  • Participate in and contribute to weekly and monthly internal team meetings.
  • Support data clean-ups in the CRM system to enhance data integrity.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Operations team on special projects related to process changes and improvements.
  • Participate in testing new functionalities within the CRM system to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.


The profile we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Very good French and English language skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the Sales Operations domain.
