Missions

Deal desk management

  • Centralized, cross-functional team within the compagny that is responsible for managing and

negotiating sales RFI, RFP and contracts in coordination with sales administration service, with

usage of internal CRM. The team collaborates with the sales team to ensure that all contracts

are airtight and meet the company's policies and standards

Commercial performance including Sales funnel management

  • Secure the compagny ability to achieve and exceed sales, revenue, and profitability goals. IT

involves effective sales funnel management and a deep understanding of customer needs. IT

also depends on the company's ability to retain customers, develop lasting relationships, and

adapt to market changes. This is not only about revenue, but also about customer satisfaction

and loyalty

Partnership management

  • Secure the compagny strategic relationships with other businesses, professionals, or experts

who serve the same market. These partnerships are mutually beneficial alliances where both

the compagny and its partners combine their strengths to help each other grow and provide

mutual value to the target market.

Key Tasks And Responsibilities

Support Chief of staff & deal desk manager in managing overall RFI (request for information) and RFP

(request for proposal) process

  • Help to prioritize between RFI / RFP requests
  • Oversees the RFI / RFP process efficiency and acts as a PMO ensuring delivery on time and on

quality. This includes planning and organization of working sessions

  • Work in close collaboration with practice managers to prepare answers to RFI and RFP
  • Support coordination with key stakeholders such as Practice managers, Finance, Customer

service and HR

  • Support on standardizing offerings to ease RFI / RFP answering process

Support Chief of staff & deal desk manager in funnel management and commercial performance

monitoring

  • Ensure Boond manager CRM tool completion regarding accounts, contacts, leads,

opportunities, staffing, etc.

  • Closely collaborate with practice managers and Sales administration service to ensure progress

of deal completion / contract management

  • Support in running analytics and control project sales to secure pricing and profitability in

alignment with company's business case

Support Chief of staff & deal desk manager in managing the partnerships

  • Support in partnership relationship management, including partnership timeline and action

plan

  • Secure coordination between deal desk management team and partners
  • Act as a PMO to secure actions / decisions execution
  • Secure alignment of Sales funnel regarding Salesforce sales leads and opportunities
  • Support in trainings organization for staffing certification
  • Support Managing Director and Chief of staff in potential acquisitions of other consulting firm in France

and abroad

  • Minimum of Master's degree in Marketing/Business
  • At least 4+ years of experience in a commercial, audit or consulting environment, ideally in commercial

excellence, business transformation, consulting or business management

  • Ideally experienced in B2B sales & marketing in a best practice environment
  • Analytical with good financial acumen
  • Proven experience in project management is appreciated
  • Experience with working in multi-disciplinary programs and teams, with a results oriented mindset
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills including a high standard of written and spoken English
  • Excellent skills in PowerPoint or Google slide presentation and data analytics
  • Knowledge of CRM tool basic skills
