Job summary

The Sales Operations role focuses on strategic planning, performance analysis, process improvement, team management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sales growth and operational excellence.

The Sales Operations role involves:

  • Driving non-linear growth and leading sales forecasting, planning, and reporting.
  • Improving sales reporting strategies and creating executive-level dashboards.
  • Increasing sales effectiveness through performance metrics and process enhancements.
  • Managing and mentoring the sales operations team for operational excellence.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to align sales with other departments.
  • Guiding sales teams through the deal flow process and process improvements.

Job requirements

  • The successful candidate will be a broadly qualified and experienced leader with extensive leadership experience in Sales Operations. Experience in the scale and sophistication of a large global business, combined with a background in a growth-oriented, technology-enabled business will be critical.
  • Extensive knowledge of sales process and GTM execution in a B2B organisation
  • In-depth knowledge of typical sales tech stack (CRM, CPQ, pipeline management, sales productivity, etc.) and typical Microsoft tools (Office, PowerBI etc.)
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • You have an enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality.
  • You work well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Education

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales operations leadership
  • 3+ years of people management experience with proven ability to effectively work with global cross-functional teams.
