Roles and Responsibilities:

● Engage with existing customers to collect payments promptly, maintaining a professional and helpful approach.

● Address customer queries and concerns promptly and effectively, providing appropriate solutions to their problems.

● Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team and individual targets, actively participating in sales meetings and sharing relevant insights.

● Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to enhance sales performance.

● Manage compensation and incentive plans, ensuring accurate and timely calculation and distribution of sales incentives.

● Research and analyze sales processes, identifying areas for streamlining and optimization, and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

● Handle customer and marketing data, ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.

● Utilize MS Excel and other analytical tools proficiently to analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making.

● Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

● Exhibit strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle challenging customer situations and resolve issues effectively.

● Apply proven experience as a Collection Specialist or in a similar role to effectively manage debt collection as per the allocated tasks.

● Uphold high ethical standards and adhere to company policies and guidelines.

Key Skills:

● Proficiency in MS Excel and analytical tools to analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights.

● Working knowledge of Google Sheets and Docs to collaborate and share information efficiently. ● Ability to perform debt collection tasks as per the allocated responsibilities.

● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with various stakeholders.

● Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to address customer issues and find satisfactory solutions.

● Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in debt collection and customer resolution.
