Responsibilities-

Job Description

  • Responsible for managing sales operation for enterprises.
  • Coordinate with Sales and marketing department to refine lead qualification process,

analyse performance, reporting and dashboards, if any.

  • Increase sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes.
  • Create monthly content for executive presentations and board reporting.
  • Track and analyse key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota
  • attainment.
  • End-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering

regular insights to the business.

  • Define and deliver techniques to improve the Sales funnel performance for management.
  • Develop customer segmentation and create a plan to enhance renewal and upsell processes.
  • Maintain regular check-ins with stakeholders and contribute to opportunity development to ensure Sales plan.
  • Identify any problems for internal review and problem solving.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Should have experience in managing sales operation for enterprises
  • Proficient in account-based marketing tools like CRM, EPM.
  • Experience in optimizing CRMs and account based marketing and sales enablement tools and processes.
  • Good interpersonal skills: should effectively manage the peers and customers
  • Good organization skills with ability to perform prioritize multiple tasks with excellent
  • attention to detail.
