Sales Operations Manager

The mission of the Sales Operations Manager is to manage the systems, data, and processes required for our outbound sales team to scale monthly customer acquisition.


This role is an operational “right hand” to the Director of Business Development.


Responsibilities


  • Lead Generation Process: oversee and optimize the tech stack responsible for lead generation for the sales team
  • CRM Management and Data Collection: Lead the selection, rollout, and maintenance of CRM tools; create dashboards and analytics to guide team efforts.
  • Cost Optimization and Metrics Tracking: Oversee the monitoring and improvement of key metrics within the sales funnel, including revenue and cost forecasting.
  • Team Oversight: Manage and scale various teams, including research/lead generation, human resources, and outbound sales; ensure alignment with operational best practices
  • Process and Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies to enable the sales team and implement ongoing process enhancements.
