BODYARMOR is looking for a Senior Manager – Retail Productivity & Strategy to join our team.

BASN seeks a highly-motivated, insightful, sales-oriented leader to join us as Senior Manager – Retail Productivity & Strategy, to play a central role in managing the capabilities and strategy for our newly launched retail execution program. Born out of our desire to win the biggest underdog fight in the history of consumer-packaged goods, this program reflects the importance of being retail obsessed and winning every day at the First Moment of Truth—the store shelf.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of comprehensive reporting and measurement tools in support of BASN Retail Execution, to enable the effective management of daily in-store principles and strategies.
  • Communicate reporting tools for National Execution tracking: Monthly/Quarterly/Annually. Support management and optimization of field capability needs to best support Retail Execution Specialists in their respective markets.
  • Collaborate and align with our bottler/distributor partners on all aspects of the RES program, including creating and maintaining effective communication strategies and reporting protocols.
  • Support Division Sales teams with actionable/performance-based insights by Retailer and/or Bottler. Align with Category Management & Insights team to develop succinct selling narratives most impactful to Large Format retailers.
  • Scope & communicate strategic "calls to action" to help facilitate Display Execution of Local Sell-In opportunities by Retailer.
  • Evaluate and assist Division Sales and Retail Execution Specialists with territory mapping to achieve maximum routing efficiency and account/banner coverage.
  • Participate in Retail Execution leadership meetings to be informed of key priorities, challenges, and future resource needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • 6-7 years experience in CPG Sales, Retail Execution / Productivity Analysis, Commercial Strategy, and/or Category Management and Insights required
  • Collaborative team player with exceptional communication and management qualities
  • Process oriented with strong analytical, creative/strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated capacity for “big picture” thinking and attention to detail.
  • Expert technical skills specific to Scan systems, Tableau and/or Power BI, DSD Depletions, MS Office Suite
  • 30% Travel probable in role (market visitation) by car or plane
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license. Motor Vehicle Records must satisfy Company standards
