• Bachelor's degree in Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience with data analysis and reporting.
• 2 years of experience working in consulting, finance, or business strategy and operations.
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in SQL and Looker.
• Experience in workflow management tools (e.g. TaskFlow).
• Knowledge of YouTube.
• Excellent spreadsheet and modeling skills.
  
  

About The Job

The YouTube Business Go-to-Market team is responsible for driving all Go-to-Market functions for the YouTube Business Organization including strategy and business operations, analytics and data science, partnership enablement, and product activation. The team shapes Go-to-Market priorities to accelerate growth and resource the business accordingly, enhancing skills and capabilities to support execution of business priorities, driving efficiency across business operations, and building excellent Go-to-Market infrastructure (e.g., data, reports, dashboards).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Manage processes that enable all of YouTube to make high quality decisions and efficiently execute through the lifecycle of YouTube partnership agreement.
• Use workflow tools to create, scale, and automate processes for capturing, tracking, and reporting on agreement obligations across YouTube music and media.
• Use SQL, scripts, and BI tools to prepare data and reports that give visibility into YouTube’s agreement pipeline and agreement portfolio.
• Manage ad hoc strategic initiatives related to YouTube music and media partnership agreement.
