Senior Analyst Revenue Operations Reporting

Job Summary

As a Revenue Operations Reporting & Analytics Senior Analyst, you will work on various tasks by analyzing data trends and supporting and developing improvement changes, enabling stakeholders across the Customer Revenue Office at different levels to make informed decisions to drive revenue growth, profitability, and efficiency. This highly cross-functional role will develop automated performance and productivity metrics, dashboards, and insights using tools like Tableau and ad hoc analyses from various data sources. The ideal candidate will be comfortable understanding and working on data related to different business teams and needs, supporting global requests from cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Data Exploration

  • Explores data from different sources to determine productivity trends, correlation, and causation for various business areas. Analyzes and discovers insights related to pipeline, bookings, productivity, performance, forecasting, and monthly recurring billings. Develops an understanding of business dynamics to enable data-driven decision-making, process, and training optimization and suggests additional analytics opportunities
  • Reviews typical issues around data integrity and works with management to determine what actions to take to resolve them

Ad Hoc Reporting

  • Creates ad hoc report requests, using insights from data explorations to prepare visualizations and reports for stakeholders requesting data. Assist leaders in addressing business questions to drive consistency and efficiency

Stakeholder Management

  • Reaches out to stakeholders to clarify requests and debriefs with stakeholders to explain analytics products and reporting. Follows up and tracks statuses for actions taken from stakeholder feedback

Prepare Reporting and Analytics

  • Builds, maintains, and improves analytics products in Tableau, Salesforce, and Clari to enable automated self-service productivity and performance reporting. Delivers to stakeholder groups and answers related questions

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of related experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills to work with large amounts of data and server-based data models
  • Advanced user of Tableau with a strong background in reporting & analytics
  • Experience in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet preferred
  • Excellent English language skills, verbal and writing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Results-focused, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Possess solid time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Global experience preferred
  • Salesforce or other CRM experience a plus
