Job Description

The Sales Operations Senior Manager will split their time managing all commercial budgets with the Account team and Finance for North America and providing retail sales reporting support to the commercial team.

Commercial Budgets

  • Allocate Omnichannel budgets and reconcile monthly with the Account team and Finance for North America, utilizing the Anaplan tool for accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and outside vendors, such as All Works, to reconcile selling specialist budgets, ensuring consistency in tracking and reporting.
  • Manage instore budgeting processes, including generating contracts using the PSA application and reconciling expenses against contractual agreements.
  • Oversee Travel & Entertainment (T&E) and Demo budgets for the commercial team, ensuring timely reconciliation and adherence to financial guidelines.

Retail Sales

  • Develop and maintain field targets by door to evaluate field performance, leveraging the Anaplan retail sales planning tool.
  • Consolidate and analyze productivity reporting provided by the Account team to derive meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Lead tracking and reporting of contests and incentives during key promotional periods to drive sales performance.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses of retail data as required to support strategic decision-making.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the setup of promotional calendars for the Account team in advance of each season to optimize sales opportunities.
  • Consolidate Beauty Consultant (BC) commissions monthly for payroll processing by HR.
  • Actively participate in weekly field calls for the US and Canada to stay informed of field activities and provide operational support as needed.

Profile

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Luxury retail, with a strong preference for Beauty industry experience.
  • Proficient in Excel with strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting and presenting complex data effectively.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Anaplan is preferred.
  • Previous experience in Sales Operations is advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Hybrid schedule (Fridays are remote)

LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure.

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $120,000.00 - $135,000.00.
