Tasks & Duties:


  • Salesforce Enablement
  • Part of Salesforce global implementation and engagement team representing the Americas Profit Center on global stage
  • Responsible for roll out and training/enablement of new and improved SF workflows and re-emphasizing existing workflows within the Americas
  • Close collaboration with global Salesforce Implementation Team to ensure efficient roll-out of sprint results in the Americas
  • Communication of Enablement Strategy and KPIs to stakeholders including gathering of feedback and continuously iterate enablement strategy
  • Alignment between Sales and Marketing to facilitate Campaigns and Initiatives
  • Case Management and Ad-Hoc support for Sales & Client Success
  • Ownership, continuous development, roll-out and training of Americas Salesforce Dashboards and Reports
  • Alignment and support of globally owned and standardized Salesforce Dashboards
  • Derive insights and identify knowledge and performance gaps from KPIs and performance data across Sales and Client Success Teams
  • Booking Approval Process in Salesforce

  • Management and Enablement of Commercial Tools and applications for use in the Americas
  • This includes administering users and managing contracts w/ vendors
  • Preparing and running training sessions for new product updates and for new hire onboarding

  • Client Contract and Invoice Management
  • Manage the process around Contract Renewal in Salesforce and Accounting Systems including contract cancellations
  • Alignment of month-end closing with Sales and Accounts Receivable to ensure compliance with Sales Targets

  • Senior Management Support
  • Preparation and Facilitation of Presentations and Meetings: Forecast Management Meetings, Business Reviews
  • Ownership of recurring Meetings and coordination with speakers and content owners
  • Carry out analyses based on transactional and invoice data

Profile:

  • 2-5 years experience in Operations/ Business Analysis in SaaS or similar industry
  • Bachelor degree
  • High level of organization
  • Excellent communication skills including C-Level
  • Strong ability to prioritize
  • Analytic mindset
  • Willingness to learn, grow and create
  • Proficient knowledge in data handling
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel & PowerPoint
