The Opportunity
We are looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to spearhead our Sales and Revenue Operation teams. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the future of our company and make a significant difference worldwide.
Your Role
As the Director of Revenue Operations, you will play a pivotal role in bridging our Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. Your innovative strategies and insights will be crucial in optimizing our revenue streams and driving our growth agenda.
Responsibilities
Provide operational support to revenue-generating teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for improving sales performance.
Evaluate existing processes and offer recommendations for enhancement.
Produce insightful reports on key metrics and risks to guide decision-making.
Enhance sales processes and tools to boost productivity and drive success.
Develop strategies for territory management, team structure, and compensation.
Supervise the setup and upkeep of Salesforce and other operational tools.
Required Skills
10+ years of sales operations or revenue operations experience, including 2+ years in a managerial position.
Demonstrated leadership skills with over 5 years of management experience.
Proficiency in Salesforce administration, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Sound understanding of revenue operations and B2B SaaS methodologies.
Familiarity with sales enablement and marketing automation tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
