Responsibilities
Provide operational process and support for effective proposal production
Support sales teams in maximizing available data and systems for lead generation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues
Create and manage CRM dashboards for tracking and managing pipeline progress
Monitor data quality to identify performance themes and improve pipeline management
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of sales operations experience
Fluency in English
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel is a plus
