Are you ready to drive results and insights in a newly established, dynamic Mid-Market Sales team? We're seeking a Sales Operations Manager to collaborate closely with senior sales leadership, making an impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the weekly Outlook process, partnering closely with sales
Establish and manage pipeline processes for enhanced visibility and hygiene
Deliver regular insights and ad-hoc analyses
Develop and map sales processes and SLAs
Create SFDC dashboards for sales managers and provide training as needed
Additional Duties:
Support forecasting and end-of-quarter processes
Contribute to management meetings with valuable content and insights
Assist in fiscal year planning leveraging market analytics
Handle diverse analytical projects and represent Sales Operations internally and externally
Required Experience:
3-5 years in Sales, Sales Support/Operations, ideally in a software/SaaS business.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, and SalesForce.com
Proven problem-solving skills and self-management in a virtual team environment
