About the Role


Reporting to the Manager – Sales Planning and working closely with our internal sales teams including Fleet, you will undertake sales program and stakeholder management across Retail and Fleet sale types. This includes providing performance insights to identify conquest opportunities across our product range, and working cross-functionally with our Sales, Fleet, Finance, and Marketing teams to facilitate campaigns and programs.


This role proactively identifies and supports deficiencies to maximise the Fleet customer experience (CX) with minimal customer disruption such as vehicle “off-road” situations. You will play a direct role in MMAL’s introduction into mobility, as well as growing MMAL’s Small-Medium Enterprise (SME) customer portfolio.


Core Responsibilities


  • Provide sales operations performance insights to grow MMAL’s sales in Retail and Fleet
  • Contribute to the development and administration of sales-related programs
  • Continual process improvement, and implementation of efficiencies and technical developments
  • Support Fleet CX, Mobility and SME customer initiatives
  • Support projects and initiatives that contribute to the Retail and Fleet sales functions


Essential Skills and Experience


  • Tertiary qualification in a commercial or quantitative discipline, such as Commerce, Business, Economics or a similar, relevant discipline
  • Previous experience in program development and administration
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management both internal and external to an organisation
  • Proficiency with and previous experience in the Microsoft Office suite as well as using SAP and / or Microsoft PowerBI
  • Keen analytical ability, strong attention to detail and sound problem solving and critical thinking skills
