Job Responsibilities
We're seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in our sales operations and contract structuring process. This role involves working closely with sales and various internal teams to efficiently structure and approve deals, ensuring they align with Adobe's goals and satisfy customer needs while maintaining compliance with internal policies. The ideal candidate will have experience in deal desk operations, proposals, contract management, or similar roles in a large organization, possessing a strong ability to learn quickly, maintain curiosity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
Lead the contract creation and deal approval processes.
Collaborate with sales teams and corporate partners to articulate deal value.
Meet with customers during deal creation and negotiation phases.
Forecast deal status and communicate with Finance and Executive Sales Management.
Ensure deals comply with company policies and meet both Adobe and customer needs.
Strong analytical and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
Proven experience in a sales or deal desk role within a large company, with a preference for those with a history of quick learning and positive engagement in team interactions.
