The Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Operations Manager to coordinate and enhance our sales operations, focusing on logistics management, cross-functional collaboration, sales support, and team leadership.

The Sales Operations Manager supports a wide-ranging set of sales related initiatives required to keep the sales function organized, optimized and efficient. The Sales Operations Manager will support sales representatives and coordinate sales-related activities but is not responsible for selling products. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a track record of driving results. This is a new role within Algo, sitting within a growing sales organization, the successful candidate will have a strong hand in shaping the future of Algo’s sales operations, working hand-in-hand with senior leadership.


Responsibilities:

·        Serve as the primary liaison between sales, operations, and marketing teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.

·        Coordinate logistics for demo gear delivery to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

·        Maintain and update Salesforce CRM system with accurate customer data, sales activities, and pipeline tracking.

·        Update price lists and sales materials to reflect current pricing and product information.

·        Engage weekly with Sales team members to update project status, pipelines, and CRM data

·        Collaborate with operations and production teams to manage product pipeline and inventory levels effectively.

·        Follow up on key projects and initiatives with sales team members to ensure timely completion and success.

·        Work closely with marketing team to develop sales support materials, including documents, SOPs, and promotional materials.

·        Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies to drive sales effectiveness.

·        Develop and implement best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training programs for the sales operations team.

·        Play a key role in shaping, building, and growing the sales operations function as the sales team expands.

·        Collaborate with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts and projections.

 

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

·        Proven experience in sales operations, sales management, or related field (Experience in the telephony industry experience an asset)

·        Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales and marketing tools.

·        Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategic decision-making.

·        Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

·        Proven leadership abilities with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
