  • You have a results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and driving measurable outcomes.
  • You have shown great adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and processes in supporting Account Executives in both French and English.
  • You have experience working with a Sales Team and are able to deliver sales metrics and performance measurement reports to the Executive level.

Responsibilities:

  • The Sales Operations Lead is responsible for optimizing sales processes, implementing sales enablement tools, and supporting the sales team to drive efficiency and effectiveness. This role plays a critical role in streamlining workflows, improving data accuracy, and enhancing sales performance through strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
  • Analyze and evaluate existing sales processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and implement best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process enhancements to streamline sales operations and increase productivity.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for sales-related inquiries, requests, and escalations, providing timely and effective support to the sales team.
  • Coordinate sales activities, meetings, and events, including sales meetings, training sessions, and client presentations.
  • Identify and implement sales enablement tools, technologies, and platforms to support the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintaining and updating sales pipelines, provide reporting on financial metrics such as close ratio etc
  • Contracts management - renewals, pricing changes

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales operations, sales support, or related roles within the technology or managed services industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
